alberghiero e della ristorazione maturata all’estero, insieme alla moglie Gabriella, rileva la Locanda

Hotel Pergola is in continuous renovation, telling the lovestory between the Montagnoli family and its establishment, destined to continue over the years thanks in part to the professional contribution of its staff, many of whom are an integral part of the business and have been connected to the Montagnoli family for more than 30 years.
The undeniable quality of the restaurant has resulted in the service also being requested externally by companies and private villas. Our experience over the years has propelled us to many different locations, bringing to each of them Pergola’s high quality in terms of service and food: successful events that have secured us Wedding Awards given in the last 3 years.
Per più di un anno la struttura viene chiusa, rasa al suolo e ricostruita completamente, riaprendo nel maggio 1983 inizialmente solo come ristorante.
Ampliamento dell’hotel grazie al quale viene introdotta l’area congressi, la palestra, e il numero di camere passa da 50 alle attuali 80.
Negli stessi anni la guida dell’attività passa dal padre Franco ai figli Davide e Ivan, entrambi coinvolti nell’impresa familiare dopo aver maturato, come il padre, importanti esperienze in Europa e nel resto del Mondo.
Come tante altre aziende e famiglie italiane, anche la nostra è stata profondamente penalizzata dalla pandemia di Covid19 e le relative restrizioni che si sono rese necessarie.
Anche in questo caso abbiamo cercato il modo migliore per dare la possibilità alla nostra clientela più affezionata - ma non solo - di poter godere della nostra cucina: abbiamo ideato un servizio delivery d’eccellenza con specialità selezionate da poter rigenerare comodamente a casa e con un packaging sostenibile e al tempo stesso altamente performante e versatile.
